Send us a photo, video, or reference from social media of the piece you'd like to create. Let us know any important details, such as:

  • Metal type (e.g., platinum or gold)

  • Karat preference (e.g., 14k, 18k)

  • Stone choice (natural or lab-grown diamonds, if applicable)

We’ll provide an estimate to you. If we don’t have your ideal stone on hand, we’re happy to help source it for you. Just let us know your timeline, and we’ll get started!

  • Once we nail down a design and move to step 2 - making an item takes no more than 4-6 weeks.

  • Yes, we require a $50 initial fee to begin the sketching process in Step 2.

    If you decide to proceed to Step 3, a non-refundable $1,000 down payment is required to secure your custom order.

    Due to the commitment, materials, and craftsmanship involved, we are unable to offer refunds.

  • The wax mold is a 3D-printed plastic model that accurately represents your jewelry design. It’s crafted from a non-toxic resin, providing an exact replica of the piece we will forge into reality.

Step 2: Approve Your Design

Once we consult and align on your vision, our team will create a sketch and 3D rendering of your custom piece—ready for your review within 5 business days.

You’ll have unlimited opportunities to fine-tune the design before we move forward.

Optional: Want to see it in person first? We can print a wax mold of your piece so you can get a feel for the shape and size before casting.

Step 3: Casting & Final Touches

Once the design is approved, we move into casting and bring your custom piece to life. Our team carefully sets the stones, polishes the metal, and applies all final finishing details to ensure everything is just right.

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pick-up date once your piece is complete.
